ESF Plus: Förderung des beruflichen Aufstiegs von Frauen in Sachsen

Der Freistaat Sachsen stellt mit Unterstützung des Europäischen Sozialfonds (ESF) Plus Zuschüsse zur Förderung der Gleichstellung von Frauen und Männern in Führungspositionen innerhalb der Belegschaft bereit. Die Förderung zielt darauf ab, Projekte zu unterstützen, die den beruflichen Aufstieg von Frauen in Entscheidungspositionen erleichtern, indem sie Mentoring, Coaching und Ressourcenentwicklung anbieten. Förderfähige Projekte können neue Initiativen ins Leben rufen oder bestehende Programme erweitern, die Frauen bei ihrer beruflichen Laufbahn unterstützen. Die Zuschüsse decken bis zu 85% der förderfähigen Kosten für einen Zeitraum von bis zu zwei Jahren ab, wobei die maximale Fördersumme 180.000 € beträgt.

  • Stärkere Vertretung von Frauen in Entscheidungspositionen.
  • Verbesserter Zugang zu Führungs- und Karriereentwicklungsmöglichkeiten für Frauen.
  • Verbesserte Mentoring- und Coaching-Strukturen, die den Karriereweg von Frauen unterstützen.
  • Abbau von systemischen Hindernissen, die Frauen den Zugang zu Führungspositionen verwehren.

Scope

Die Finanzierung unterstützt Initiativen, die:

  • Führen Sie Programme ein oder erweitern Sie diese, die Frauen bei der Planung und Erreichung ihrer Führungslaufbahn unterstützen.
  • Bieten Sie strukturierte Mentoren- und Coaching-Programme an, die sich auf Wissenstransfer, Erfahrungsaustausch und berufliche Entwicklung konzentrieren.
  • Richten Sie sich an Frauen mit beruflichen oder akademischen Qualifikationen, die Führungspositionen anstreben, insbesondere solche mit Personal- oder Budgetverantwortung.
  • Gehen Sie die Herausforderungen an, die das berufliche Fortkommen von Frauen behindern.
